Particles Features¶
This section covers particles themselves: how their types are declared, how they're created or read into a simulation, how their field values can be set or modified afterward, and how they're analyzed on the fly or written out.
- Species — declaring particle types: atoms, rigid molecules, and flexible-molecule membership
- Input — creating or reading particles into the simulation
- Setters — assigning or modifying per-particle field values after creation
- Analysis — on-the-fly per-particle diagnostics
- Output — writing particle positions and attached properties to disk
